At Hailey’s Winery we create wines from grape varieties native to Illinois to include Chambourcin, Chardonel, and Seyval, as well as other varietals, and seasonal fruits. Hailey’s is a fully functioning winery, with all of our handcrafted wines produced and bottled on the premises.
