About Hailey’s:

The dream has been several years in the making, but started to take shape in the spring of 2007, when we planted about a half-acre of grapes at our home. We then made our first batch of wine in our home in the fall of 2007. We fermented four types of juice that first year, Chambourcin, Noriet, Chardonnel and Niagara. We had many friends taste test (not hard to find volunteers for this activity) and most thought it was very good, as did we.

The dream is to provide a tasting environment where you are not intimidated with wine and its selection. In our winery, you can come to our tasting room and enjoy a glass of wine at our tasting bar or while relaxing in front of our fireplace. Afterwards, you may want to take a bottle or two home to enjoy with family and friends.

All aspects of our winemaking and production have truly been a family affair: from filling our tanks with juice, to fermentation, to racking, to bottling our wine. As a result, the wine you come to enjoy has been a labor of much love and enjoyment for our family. It is our hope that when you come to see us, you will feel that as well.
