Welcome to Hailey’s Winery
Hailey’s Winery specializes in handcrafted wines from grape varieties native to Illinois, as well as other varietals, and seasonal fruits. Hailey’s is a fully functioning winery – our wines are produced and bottled on the premises, and wine tastings are available any time during our business hours. In addition to wine, we have homemade bread, specialty cheeses, chocolates, beer selections and gift items. We are conveniently located at 114 South Franklin Street in Byron, Ill. just off Route 2, and close to many Rock River Valley activities.

Our label art was created with family keepsakes - a fedora hat that belonged to Cheryl's grandfather, and a pocket watch and pearls from Ginger's family.
