Welcome to Hailey’s Winery

Hailey’s Winery specializes in handcrafted wines from grape varieties native to Illinois, as well as other varietals, and seasonal fruits. Hailey’s is a fully functioning winery, with all wines produced and bottled on the premises. Wine tastings are available any time during our business hours. In addition to wine, we have homemade bread, cheeses, chocolates, and gift items. We are conveniently located at 114 South Franklin Street in Byron, Ill. just off Route 2, and close to many Rock River Valley activities.

Hailey’s Winery 3-year anniversary celebration was a lovely, fun day of wine tastings paired with delicious cheeses, winery tours, drawings for bottles of wine, and music on April 21st. Many thanks to those of you who made our celebration special by spending part of your Saturday with us!
